Experience

Nineteen years of extensive financial experience in both industry and public accounting. Eight of those nineteen years were spent as CFO of a $130M closely-held, global manufacturer of plastic compounds. Specialized expertise in mergers and acquisitions, complex bank financing, cash management, strategic planning and general business management on an international basis.

Experienced owner of a small service company.
