Experience

25 years of experience as a certified public accountant and business advisor serving businesses in the industries of communications, construction contractors, manufacturing, distributors, healthcare, real estate, retail and various professional service companies. Mr. Miller was also the president of his own CPA firm for 11 years. During his career, he has provided accounting, tax, auditing and consulting services to clients. He has been engaged to assist clients in mergers and acquisitions of businesses in various industries. He has assisted clients in determining the value of their business, performing due diligence, business strategic planning, internal control reviews, design and implementation, budgeting and cash flow projections, business performance measures, cost analysis, expense reduction, retirement planning and design, tax planning and financing of business operations. John is also a Certified Financial Planner.
