Experience

Experience in audits of closely-held businesses and employee benefit plans since 1990. Ms. Ryan participates in professional education, certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, to continually improve her knowledge and refine her skills in audits and reviews. Such education and training ensures the quality of audits and reviews and the challenge of a complex and ever-changing audit environment. In addition to the employee benefit plans and closely-held business audit assignments, Ms. Ryan’s work experience includes consulting, reviews, compilations and payroll taxation in industries such as
staffing companies, contractors, developers, manufacturing, distributors, professional services, mortgage brokers and franchisors. Other business experience prior to entering the field of public accounting includes special risk underwriting for a Fortune 500 company. One of Ms. Ryan’s functions has been to coordinate and guide the quality control procedures of our firm, leading to repeated unqualified reports on our quality controls, issued by an independent reviewing firm.
