EXPERIENCE
Mary Lynn Hoffer has considerable experience in both public accounting and in private industry, with a concentration in business valuation and litigation support. Her practice at DiGiovine Hnilo Jordan + Johnson includes performing business valuations (for buy-sell agreements, estate, divorce and shareholder actions); conducting forensic investigations and consulting on fraud prevention, detection and other internal control matters; managing audits, reviews and compilations for clients of all sizes; consulting with closely-held businesses on general accounting and management topics; providing corporate tax services and assisting the legal community as a consulting or testifying expert.
Her industry experience includes contractors, distributors and manufacturers, service firms (such as law, engineering, public relations), franchisors, transportation and employee benefit plans. She has been a Certified Valuation Analyst since 1996.
